sREAL Engine
Introduction
Synchronicity has created the sREAL Engine, a platform for developers who have lacked sufficiently powerful tools to build crypto apps that can outcompete web2 – performant, expressive and programmably private.
The following documents detail the standard on which it is based, its value proposition and technical implementation details, including various architectural diagrams.
sREAL Standard
The sREAL Standard defines a framework for hyper-efficient leviathan-free economic activity. The sREAL Engine is the first implementation of the sREAL Standard. For more information on the sREAL Standard, see:
sREAL Engine Components
The sREAL Engine consists of two subcomponents, the SyncVM and SVL. The SyncVM is the data and computation layer of the sREAL Engine. The SVL is the economic layer of the sREAL Engine.
